This cohort is for Human Potential Professionals (psychotherapists, coaches, spiritual directors/clergy, educators, and so forth) who recognize that today's chronic societal distress means some clients need more than what we've been trained to provide to them. It is like for you if you recognize how vitally important it is to elevate your own resilience and agency in the face of "Societal Traumatic Stress Disorder" and to also become able to facilitate this with clients who need this.

1. Become far less susceptible to being toxified by chronic societal dysfunction and distress by developing your own customized foundational SPARC Blueprint™ for greatly boosting your own resilience and agency in today's world.

2. Integrate your existing intervention techniques and methods into a larger overarching developmental home that can enable you to more effectively facilitate clients who are impacted by societal traumatic stress that is also undermining their capacity to effectively resolve their own personal issues and reach their goals.

Attending these live is encouraged, but not mandatory. If you must miss any of the live sessions (time/dates listed below), don't fret. Everyone enrolled will have access to the recording of each session and the ability to make comments and ask questions asynchronously (i.e., when convenient for you) between sessions in a private online community exclusively for cohort members. I recommend enrolling only if you can engage consistently throughout the seven-session journey (whether in real time AND/OR asynchronously) and complete the powerful reflection and practical application exercises between sessions.

Again, attending these live is encouraged but not required since you'll be able to view all recordings in your members area and make comments or ask questions in our private community when convenient for you.

During this Essentials cohort, you will develop and begin embodying your own customized version of the SPARC Blueprint™ and begin bringing its benefits to appropriate clients.
